Rotary Wing Cockpit Lighting

Measuring 9.12" x 4.87" x 3.00" (232 mm x 124 mm x 76 mm), the Analog PCU weighs 1.85 lb. (0.84 kg) and is protected by an aluminum housing. 28 V dc is fed to a 28 to 12 V dc regulator which powers the internal circuitry of the unit and controls power individually for each PWM power output.

Measuring 2.82" x 1.45" x 1.48" (72 mm x 37 mm x 38 mm), the gray, aluminum chart light weighs 0.22 lb. (0.90 kg) and has a low power draw at only 2.31 W maximum. Illuminance at 28" (0.7 m), perpendicular to the optical axis, is 20-40 fc.

Measuring 4.5" x 2.0" x 4.0" (114 mm x 51 mm x 102 mm), the aluminum, black anodized light weighs 0.5 lb. (0.23 kg). Available in white, red, or NVIS Green with an optional mounting base. The coiled cord has either a connector or flying lead.

Measuring 8.35" x 1.93" (212 mm x 49 mm), the FAR/DO160 compliant aircraft flashlight weighs 0.87 lb. (0.39 kg). Separate push buttons for ON/OFF, STROBE/SOS and a sliding dimming switch. Private logo/label available.

Provides adjustable illuminance, pattern, and target point. The narrow to wide pattern size is fully adjustable by manually rotating the bezel from 20° to 65°. The illumination pattern is 36” to the measurement plane and protrudes a maximum of 2.00” (51 mm) from the mounting panel.

The traditional gooseneck, flexible map light upgraded to LED. Emits in Aviation Red or white light and is dimmable. Electronics are completely enclosed to prevent corrosion due to condensation.

Available in 5.0 V and 28.0 V. Dimensions and weight vary based on bezel assembly. Constructed of either polycarbonate or aluminum alloy, all bezels are finished in a dull, matte black.

With a combined weight of 0.94 lb. (0.43 kg), the light measures 4.27" x 2.00" x 4.02" (108 mm x 51 mm x 102 mm) and snaps into the mounted base, which measures 1.13" x 1.50" x 0.75" (29 mm x 38 mm x 19 mm). Features a 96.0" (2.4 m) extended length coiled cord. Illuminance at 36" (0.9 m) is 7 fc - 20 fc.

Measuring 1.99" x 3.80" x 1.96" (51 mm x 97 mm x 50 mm), this light weighs 0.13 lb. (0.06 kg). Maximum current is 0.42 A and maximum power is 1.35 W. Illuminance at 8.74" (222 mm) is 20-40 fc at maximum brightness.
